looking a female professional with 4 to 8 years of relevant work experience with expertise in Admission Counselor.
Roles & Responsibilities: 
Taking care of admission procedure and maintaining the admission query record. 
Handling admission related administrative functions including advertisements,
negotiate with the advertisement agencies for quotations, drafting of prospectus and application form, counselling, student documentation, preparation of appropriate time tables, addressing online queries, phone calls, online applications, walk-in, reference, etc.  Proper completion of documents Pre & Post Admissions.  Operational activities related to Marketing and Admissions.  Generating admissions via walk-ins, online & telephonic queries, parent-to-parent referrals.  Building rapport and relationships with existing parents and prospects.  Manage Parents interactive sessions during admission counseling. Giving PowerPoint presentations, school visits/trips etc.  Monitor follow up for conversion of enquiries into registrations. Ensuring receipt of all necessary student information.  Maintaining records of the students departing earlier for transport department.  Perform other related duties as and when required and assigned by the Principal.
