HR Manager – Talent Acquisition & HR Operations
Job Description
- MBA/PGDM in HR preferred
- Approximately 6–10 years of relevant HR experience
- Strong experience in high-volume recruitment
- Experience in hiring drivers, housekeeping staff, technicians, supervisors, managers and office staff
- Preference for candidates from transport/logistics, facility management, manpower outsourcing, staffing or similar industries
- Good understanding of onboarding, documentation, background verification, PF/ESI, HR operations and attrition management
- Experience with HRMS/recruitment automation and HR dashboards would be an advantage
- Must be hands-on and capable of developing HR processes, SOPs and recruitment systems from the ground up
