FSSAI Management: Handle all FSSAI-related tasks single-handedly, including
licensing, documentation, and ensuring 100% compliance with food safety regulations.
Facility Oversight: Manage the day-to-day operations of the production facility, ensuring
the workspace is maintained to professional standards.
Processing & Chemistry: Apply strong knowledge of food processing and chemistry to
maintain product benchmarks.
Data Entry & Reporting: Utilize computer skills to maintain accurate digital logs of
production, quality control, and inventory.
Operations Support: Work closely with the local team to support common business
goals and ensure smooth facility functioning.
